Rude! Rude! Rude! Dropped off a parcel and the lady behind the counter pointed and laughed loudly at my last name. Said that was my name too and instead of apologising she laughed right at my face and then carried on chatting as if she hadn't just been really rude. I've had school children better react to my last name than that. Not really what I needed on my third 12 hour shift
