Had my flu injection here last week, felt very safe, I turned up at my allocated time and was called straight in... A few minutes later it was all done. First time I'd had it anywhere other than my GP surgery.. Definitely be back to neath pharmacy next year for my jab. Love the robot dispenser too, ideal when you work shifts, you get a pin text to you and can pick up anytime in the next 24hrs. Thanks all

Visited this pharmacy for my flu jab a few Saturdays ago. The ability to fill out the form online before hand resulted in a swift and efficient service- exactly what is needed during the current pandemic situation! Would happily recommend this service and will be using neath pharmacy again myself next year!
Booked our flu jabs online, very easy and straight forward booking system. We didn’t have to wait long to be called in for our jabs. Very clear procedures and signage on the door. Felt very safe. Very friendly and efficient staff. Neath Pharmacy is closer than the Health Dispensary so will now be our preferred pharmacy especially now, as Dodo, the robot dispenser has been installed!
Customer service is amazing! The staff always go out of their way to help, can't thank them enough for all the help they have given and so professional and caring too.
I always use Neath Pharmacy and yes, I have tried pretty much most of the others. I have always received a warm welcome never mind how busy they are and you don't need me to tell you that that have been extremely busy during the pandemic. Many times I have gone there just seeking advice and they have always made time for me to discuss my concerns and offer their expertise. The girls there work extremely hard and have had to suffer the incompetence of some GP surgeries not getting prescriptions right. The result of this is frustration for patients, some of which take it out on the staff there, but the professionalism shown has been amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending Neath Pharmacy to you all. Thank you.
