Would have been 5stars but had to wait at least a good 5 - 10 minutes then had to wait again when I went in this thing of one person in and out does not work because there was a queue inside behind me

Had to use the post office here to sort out some passports. Had a few issues with said passports however the staff here were amazing in sorting it out for me. One staff member in particular named luke was amazing and if ever I need to use post office services again I will be definitely talking to him again.
Helpful staff. Small store but a lot of items on sale. Post office now at the back of the store. Little on the expensive side but would rather pay a little more to keep WH Smith in the town.
Very unhelpful person working behind the post office counter today . We needed to get some emergency documents posted for next day delivery. We explained our situation to the clerk hoping to get some feedback of what our best options would be . But all we got was a cold stare back . So we asked about each option with him and all we got is just yes and no answers in a irrated tone of voice and attitude. Very poor customer service .
