Would highly recommend going on the high speed boat trip if visiting the needles, it was so much fun! The trip was really well run with the current Covid guidance, the boat was socially distanced so we felt very relaxed and comfortable. You get a really close up and incredible view of the needles which was well worth the money.

Knowledgeable crew very professional regarding social distancing. Some people do try to jump the queue on the beach but are rightly put into their place by the crew - they are the ones who leave reviews saying rude crew !! An enjoyable 20 minutes with ample opportunity for photos. Commentary regarding the geology and lighthouse informative and light hearted. Thoroughly enjoyable trip for 7 per adult (which you pay on the boat).
I recommend a boat trip with these folk if you're going to the Needles. We went on the smaller faster boat and my little girl loved it. Lots of fun & perfectly safe. During these Covid times they seemed to be running on 50% capacity to socially distance and we didn't book: just turned up and got on, paying contactless card. Bit price maybe but it was fun and a nice holiday memory. Would do another trip if we returned.
Excellent, couldn't fault it. Very enjoyable despite conditions being a little choppy. You have to question the prices for the chair lift when the pleasure cruise for a family of 4 is cheaper.
Very rude staff. we did 11 hours journey to see this place. all other was fine but our boat experience was awful, VERY RUDE STAFF
