It has been 2 weeks since the returned products were delivered to them. They first said the product delivered is not the same. I had returned 2 pieces of same design as ordered, and invoice bearing that had 2 pieces shown. The pickup person had checked the products and taken it it.Pickup was arranged my Brijraj team only.Its been almost 2 weeks now,and I am following up only to hear one or the other excuse. But no refund. I am tired now. Have written mail multiple times and also called so many times. Don't know why there is so much delay. This is the first online experience which has not been upto mark.

i ordered a beautiful kurti which cost 1200/- , and I GOT an anarkali model top for 5000/- which i didnt like one bit. they say you have return policy, but once delivered, i dont see that option. the customer care is also not repsonding.
