Horrible food. DO NOT BUY THERE. I Ordered a 1lb Roasted Pork Combo for delivery and as soon as I grabbed the bag I could tell something was wrong because of how light it felt. I opened the bag and realized that the yellow plantains were missing, the rice, beans and pork portions were extremely small for the price and there wasn’t even half a pound of pork there. Beans were watery and spoiled. The rice was stale, the pork was undercooked. I didn’t even get the 2 litter coke that says on the menu, instead they sent 3 cans of pepsi! Worst food and service I’ve ever encountered.

very disappointed..I wasted 13.00..Baked chicken was extremely dry, rice had a burnt taste..there was actually scraping of bottom of rice pot...The side of beans tastes like hot cilantro soup..ugh. I threw it away
This place is very clean I love the service and the professional staff that alone is good enough for me to return. The food was amazing rich in flavor, and cooked properly. Desserts are amazing it's overall a 5 star for me come and try it out. The organic fresh fruit juice is also something to look forward too
Debut y despedida/debut and farewell Para comenzar, este restaurant da mala reputacion a la verdadera comida criolla puertorriqueña. Se colgaron, no pasaron la prueba. Arroz blanco abombao, arroz con gandules ahumado, \pernil\ no era, era pull pork en salsa criolla, me vendieron masitas de pollo frita en lugar de lo que me ofrecieron como chicharrón de pollo, habichuelas en caldo aguado y agrio, y el mofongo, la especialidad del sitio, lo peor que he probado. No vale lo que pagamos. Por menos se come riquisimo en Don Armando, salida 8 en la esquina Foxon Blvd & Eastern St frente a Walgreens, New Haven. Can I give a review of \0\ stars? They don't sell authentic Puertorrican food and gives a bad reputation to it. Way to expensive for the poor quality of the food, they steal our money. Pernil should be roasted not pull pork in tomato sauce. Chicharron de pollo (chicken skin fried) should be fried chunks of chicken with bone and skin not boneless and skinless overfried little pieces of chicken breast . The rice was spoiled, the beans was watery and sour and the mofongo, their specialty, was the worst mofongo I ever tried. We were not allowed to dine-in. Obviously because they were gonna sell me spoiled food. Today I asked for the restaurant owner and the \manager\ didn't wanted to tell the name of the owner. To the Manager, as I told you, I found the name of the owner. His last name is in a newspaper. I hope the owner can read this because maybe he doesn't know that his restaurant is been badly manage. We went to give help the business. Don't make the same mistake. You definitively will be disappointed. They should change their name to the corner of disappointment and deception.
The place is super clean but honestly do not go in here the food is horrible food has no taste . Quality and presentation is not up to standard for a restaurant also the beans were disgusting and the steak and other meat felt like I was chewing on plastic.
