when i visited Cuba Lily the staff were very welcoming, they pointed out everything they had on sale and let me know that i would receive a discount as i was shopping within the airport. I could not fault the service that was provide and will look forward to shopping here when i travel again.

Sold my parents odd diamond earrings. Totally different clarity. No official certificate was included initially. Won't give a refund or exchange. They were treat terribly when they attended the Blaze branch in Durham. Absolutely appalling way to do business. After leaving a review on the Facebook page of the Blaze branch in Durham the owner messaged myself and accused me of slander. I'm very shocked at this behaviour and will definitely avoid this company in future.
