I always go to Kirsty for my hot waxing, she is always happy, bubbly, positive and professional. For waxing she is so quick and virtually pain free. Upon my last visit I also booked a massage trio with her and despite working on some niggly knots of tension in my back, her massages were beyond blissful. Prior to the eye massage and mask treatment when she asked if I felt like I had any problems lately with my skin, used suitable products and recommended the NOON AB which I purchased and has been amazing! I feel I have a top quality, positive, VIP experience every time with Kirsty and would award her 10 stars and a Beauty Therapist of the Year Medal if I could.
