Have been here quite a few times ... taking advantage of the piercing clinic... who are the best ever.. very friendly and very clean premises .. also the pawn broking service is 2nd to none... suowr friendly and puts your mind at ease whether your a 1st time isn't or your coming back fir the 100th time .... I cannot fault the staff here.. they are perfect

got my first ever cartilage piercing here today, i love it but, staff quite rude, man done nothing to calm my neves and woman very blunt and came off a but aggressive; would come as they've done a fab job though!! forgot to add that the man was nice and really sterile used, woman was quite ruff and didn't have a smile on her face

Exellent service I was there today with my son sold a 18c bracelet and as usual got top price from Rolf. Why this place got negative reviews is beyond me, Rolf always pays the best prices in the North East he is straight forwards and honest, mind he does not suffer fools easy, why should he!
