I had a seizure and called 111. Whilst the staff were decent and scheduled an ambulance, the collaboration between this corporation and the ambulance partner meant I did not get an ambulance - the ambulance partner read the 111 information and then numbed down the symptoms so that I was not sent an ambulance. This scam is calculated - the ambulance partner sends back to 111 a clinical decision that covers their back legally - 1. A decision was made on clinical grounds 2. There were no ambulances available. These people are operating healthcare services defined by financial gain.
