Paul at Fenny Appliances went out of his way to be helpful, he sourced a very small but essential part for my coffee machine which was out of stock everywhere else I had tried. He arranged delivery of the pipe in 24 hours and all for less than 6 including the cost of the part. Incredible service, highly recommended. It will be my go to store in the future.
