My first paddle boarding lesson aged 62 with Scott was a wonderful experience. All the staff very friendly and helpful. equipment is provided including flotation jackets and helmets. The lesson went at my pace and yet we were still able to into open water kneeling as I was nervous standing. The instruction was thorough and considerate, would certainly return in the future.

Fantastic experience!!! The team at Vertical Descents are professional and friendly. They offer so many activities and are based in Newquay harbour. Scott & Alex we had a really good time. Thanks so much next time we are in Cornwall we will be definitely be booking some activities again.

An absolutely amazing experience! My partner and I booked a day out coasteering yesterday and loved it so much we went back again today. Fantastic staff, Nick and Morgan are both very knowledgable and make you feel so comfortable and safe throughout. We hope to come back again soon.
