Staff are really friendly. One member of staff in particular went out of her way to help me find the product that I was looking for and was able provide me with necessary information to find other products. Great quality service and products.

Great store if a little cluttered but lots for the home at good prices. Helpful staff good advice.
Went here tonight. Was looking for fitted valance sheets and pillowcases but not an easy find.. their items go across the shelves would be much easier to find etc pillowcases all colours top to bottom then sheets all colours etc. Had to get a young assistant to help who really tried. He even checked stock room but he couldn't find any. They have really cut back on Christmas decorations. Happy shopping.
It had been a long time since I had shopped here but was looking forward to the experience and although I wasn't intending to buy much decided to go back to the entrance for a trolly as I remembered you usually come out with far more than you went in for. I had gone for a V pillow and new bolster pillow - easy enough I thought. After looking leisurely around the bedding and pillow section for some time I decided to ask one of the Assistants who was obviously training a new-start as I heard her telling her she is starting in the most difficult section in the shop. I excused myself and asked for assistance in finding my proposed purchase. She was standing no more than 10ft from the end of the pillow section I had been looking through but she indicated by throwing her arms far into the distance that it was down the far end. As I had already browsed around the store I had noticed cushions in another section so went down that end to look again. After some 15 minutes I asked another Assistant who directed me to the bedding and pillow section - where I had originally been and said she would show me. I could see she was busy so said no that's fine. I went back to look again and was there for a considerable time and the original assistant could not be in any doubt that I had not been successful in my search but made no attempt to assist. I decided to leave and go online and purchase from another store. I am not surprised she was telling the new-start this was the most difficult section to work in - it must be a vortex, either that or she has absolutely no idea what she was doing. Definately NOT the right person to be training a new-start.

Bought a fleecy electric blanket. Didn't feel as good value as their cheap one (22) being quite a bit dearer at 55. Still, helpful staff and fairly well set up for Covid

Always get what I need at dunelm. I had a bit of a blip regarding a furniture order but it was sorted very quickly. Correction. Blip didn’t get sorted and had to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend buying furniture on line from dunelm. Too stressful.
