I have been into this shop on several occasions now and have been disappointed with their customer service on every occasion. Firstly I enquired regarding a piece of artwork and received a response several weeks later informing me that the piece had just been sold in the last day or so. Today I attempted to enter the shop with my 5 month old son asleep in the pram and was asked to leave him at the front desk. I was not comfortable with this. Having been there in the past, I know there is plenty of space. My father also contacted this place to have a piece of aboriginal artwork valued and received no communication in return They do have nice overly priced artwork if you can get past the poor customer service
