One of the best garage experiences! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My husband and I are perfectionists but our car is an elderly Subaru that needed a new gearbox and engine work. Matt and his team did not rest until it was all running superbly. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always made to feel welcome and not a burden! He had it back until he was happy (not just until we were!) With the service we received, I cannot imagine any reasonable person ever having need to leave anything but excellent feedback. I’ve been meaning to write a review for Nippon for months now! I ordered from this company two times this year and they shipped it all the way to California. I have a Lexus IS and I needed many parts for the car after a collision. They got me a great price and the delivery was insane! They got it here in two days! That’s what a call an amazing company who cares about their customers! Also, they were very easy to communicate with! So awesome!! Wow!! I am totally shocked at how they were able to help me right away. I also needed different parts last week as my repair man wanted to charge me 2x the price!! The Lexus dealership was even worse! I didn’t know what to do until I called Nippon and they had to call me back a day later with an amazing deal! I took it right away and 3 days later. It arrived in perf condition and now my car is fully repaired! Saved my life.
I needed a replacement front drive shaft for my Impreza, contacted Nippon Auto Spares who had one in in stock, staff very polite and helpful. Part dispatched straight away and received the next day. Drive shaft fitted perfectly. Great work. I'll definitely use again.
I love my old Subaru and Matt and his team have understood that and taken such trouble to fit a matching auto box from Japan to give it a new lease of life. Thanks guys, superb job and really nice company to deal with.
