I have only ever been here to use the ID card lab and everyone here was friendly and efficient. The quarterdeck watch was helpful and alert, everyone we passed was friendly, and my husband and I were in and out of the lab quickly, even with my two small kids in tow. Easily the best lab I have been to.

1. I will say that this Nosc has 1000’s of sailors transitioning through it almost daily, And a lot of them handle it very well.. but Manpower specifically is the worst place to go for help with anything. I’ve been to that office at least twenty times in less than a year.. and I can honestly say they have never helped me with anything.. only excuses (not valid ones) mind you. As to why they can’t help me. Google or call another Nosc if you can.. do not waste your time or gas going here.
