In my opinion this organization has not been professional with me. My son was born here in 2016, I am his presumed father. My wife and a random man signed a void and fraudulent \Acknowledgement of Paternity\ which did not include my name or status. I also never signed a \Denial of Paternity\ for my son. I understand it is a common mistake according to the Oklahoma Vital records dept. I contacted the midwifery service years ago when I was awarded custody of my son to no avail and again reached out this week for help. I felt that the MPN Michelle Hernandez was quite off putting, dismissive, mistrusting and rude. I am a victim of fraudulent behavior that occurred in conjunction with an intern at the Community Midwifery service and I feel like I am being treated like the perpetrator. In regards to the logistics of birth; from what I have been able to find out- my sons birth went well and I will forever be grateful for them for this. I simply wish they could have been a little more respectful of the reality that I am a victim and that the inclusion of a random person -who my son does not know or has never known- on his birth certificate as his \father\ is heinous, misleading, confusing, inaccurate, potentially mentally damaging, void and fraudulent.

These ladies each provide excellent care. I am so thankful for all of the time and patience I’ve received from them. Nikki was absolutely wonderful, there are not enough words to describe! Crystal helped to guide me through what could have been a sticky situation, and I ended up very happy. Each of them brings their own talents and it’s a huge benefit! I was so glad there was a team, what initially seemed like it could be a drawback to not being able to hand select who was attending my birth, ended up being a huge blessing. They were RESTED and HAPPY to be with me whenever I needed them. I will be using them as much as I possibly can for future pregnancies.
Respectful care where you have a voice! The services were everything my baby and I needed. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to a hospital birth.
We had a wonderful experience at CMS. They listened to us, adjusted to our birth plan, and made recommendations when we got stuck or felt like pregnancy or labor wasn't going as it should. We had the water birth we hoped for, and are indebted to Hannah for her care and support along the way, and for she and Crystal for their assistance when it was time for baby to make an appearance. They were efficient, supportive, and almost felt like family. For all the late night texts, the gently offered natural remedy tips, and the reasonable rates, we are so grateful to the whole team!
I delivered my 2nd baby with CMS and my care throughout pregnancy and home birth was absolutely perfect! The communication level that Nikki had during labor made it so relaxing and easy. I cannot recommend them enough!
