I was the sceptic..... I have been seeing Amy for Reiki for a while. In my first visit I wasn't quite sure what I was hoping for. I have always felt a little lost and unsure of myself. I have tried therapy, self help books, mindfulness, positive affirmations/meditation, yet I somehow still felt never that I 'fit'. I didn't have to tell Amy any of this. She got me set up in her perfectly formed little space and began. As she worked on me the first time I felt overwhelmingly sad. As she worked over my throat area I cried uncontrollably and could hear myself letting out noise I can only describe as sounding like a small whale..... Amy continued and encouraged me to let it out. At the end she described to me what she felt from me. She described my inner feelings to a T and could indentify what sort of things in my past could lead to this sort of emotion. Amy then provides suggestions for things you can work on at home. Each session has been different. Each session has helped me let go of old emotion. My last session was so positive; when she worked over the same area as the first time I only felt an urge to smile and laugh. She has truly helped me indentify what I needed to do to accept who I am and have the confidence to change the direction of my life, with hardly any words at all. Her gift is something special!

Could not recommend enough! Amy is such a lovely person! Great to talk to and very attentive! I am pregnant and had the reflexology treatment, she explained the pressure points and left a few out due to my pregnancy which was very reassuring and comforting she only used essential oils on me safe for pregnant ladies! Fantastic treatment- very relaxing- highly recommended and will definitely be going back! Thank you Amy! X

I have been visiting Amy for about 6months. Amy has helped me in a lot of areas that I was struggling with. We mix up my sessions between massage and reiki and I can honestly say I'm feeling so much better. Amy is a lovely lady who listens and offers great support. I always come away feeling relaxed and in a good place.
Such a lovely lady. Her depth of knowledge is amazing. She really does cater to everyone. My Mrs had treatments with her whilst she was pregnant and Amy went out of her way to make sure that everything used was safe and beneficial to both the baby and my Mrs.
