First time I have used RC Model shop direct. I was recommended by a friend and I like to deal with local businesses. Lee at the model shop was excellent to deal with and I'm now the happy owner of a granite..... I think there will be more on my shopping list in the future. Thanks again.

Nice guy and knowledgeable, however, stock not so great. Placed an order as it said the items I wanted were in stock, they were not in stock at all and had to come from the distributor. Over a week and still one set of tyres missing, cancelled part of the order and collected the rest which had turned up. My 2 pence would be do as model sport do and show the item out of stock, but available to order, 3-7 days turn around. This way you know where you stand. I will try the shop again as fairly local, but I will make a call before I order anything!
