Worst to go experience Ever! Its It's freezing cold tonight so my family and I decided order Red Lobster. Placed my order for curbside pickup but it somehow defaulted to in person pickup. Picked our order up got home and My Whole Entree was missing, one of the side's was missing. Called back to the restaurant and was told I could come back tonight or another time. I decided to come back the same night cause this is my dinner for tonight. I was told that if I was refunded that they would take my dinner back. So what am I supposed to eat for dinner tonight? Finally got what I order and IT WAS HORRIBLE. The young lady at to go counter was Very Rude and Inconsiderate about the mistake the restaurant she works for made. I WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE EITHER!

The worst experience I've had at a red lobster! I took my dad to a birthday lunch and we come in and wait for a good 5 minutes with no one in sight except one other customer. We finally get greeted by a gentleman who takes us to our booth and asks us what we would like to drink. We all order tea and he disappears. My daughter has to use the restroom so we go to the ladies room and I guarantee that restroom was not cleaned last night at close let alone this morning at open. There was urine and hairs on every single stall. Mind you we arrived 15 minutes after open. Then we come back to the table and wait another 4 minutes before our drinks were brought out. We placed our orders and ordered mozzarella sticks as an app. The wait wasn't terrible for the food but a little surprising since it looked like there was only two other tables in the entire place. He brought out my dad's side salad and said the food would be out shortly. At this point my dad's tea is empty and nothing was said about it. When he walked back by a few minutes later my dad flagged him down and asked him for a refill. Then he brought out the drink and the food. My mashed potatoes looked like they were reheated in a microwave and then left under a heat lamp for a while. My tea sat empty for a while then I asked for a refill. I finally told him that if the mozzarella sticks were back there still if he could take them off because I no longer wanted them. He gave me a look like \uh-oh\. But then came back again and said he took the \pizza\ off my bill?? I didn't order a pizza. Then I asked for a lid for my tea and a to go box. He brought the lid and disappeared for about ten minutes until we decided to just leave the rest of my food there because I couldn't wait for a box any longer. I do not recommend eating at that place. Maybe the other one is cleaner with more attentive service.
Take 1 star off for terrible service. Our server would take forever to check up on us, did not keep our cups filled, was not attentive at all. Another star due to plastic found in food. I tried the kung pua noodles with chicken. It took forever to be remade. The Lobster pizza was lousy. The brussel sprouts were good. Nice flavor and crispiness. I recommend. My party won't be going back soon.
