Store limiting no's in-store so had to queue. 2 hand/trolley sanitizer stations to speed access. Very well organized.

Ordered for click n collect, Set off on 30 mile trip, got email when I arrived telling me out of stock, went in store anyway, found the item id ordered in reduced section. Great feeling.
Helpful staff and I found everything i needed . They seemed more strict about distancing in their first lockdown as their one way system seems to have disappeared. Fantastic array of good value houseplants
Normally, I like B&Q - but.... Took my 13kg bottle of gas in, didn't have the same size (fair enough, 1st world problems) but told me I could swap for a 5 kg bottle (solution, nice one!!) but I would have to pay extra to get my old size back, later on. Don't get it - why do we (Brits) insist on ripping everyone off!!! Just don't get it.
