Awful service Immaculate condition tv !!! Motherboard replacement on tv needed due to a common fault Tv sent back to me damaged !!! ( massive scratch ) and missing a part (complete tv trim gone) with a lesser screen added as later found out it was damaged whilst in there care Damage repair not listed or parts listed though verbally admitted by know how and I recorded the calls No replacement Only offer is to fix it so far Absolutely shocking as they damaged the item I include a pic of the new screen vs old tv upstairs The poor pic is the fixed brand new screen believe it or not (left side) as you view it

Was there this morning. 20 people in the que and only 5 inside the store. On the window it says 32 max. I've asked why can't we walk in when clearly there is a lot of space ? WHY IS IT RELEVANT TO YOU ? YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOP HERE - Store assistant was very rude. Currys is well know for customer service but this attitude... never again

Tony was great and the queues manager at 15:00 today was excellent and polite. Due to the current situation I couldn’t get what I wanted but nonetheless left with a big smile and a lot more knowledge. Will come back. Peace out ️
