A brilliant job from start to finish. Steve offered to make us a bespoke Pool/Snooker table from scratch and was always available during the building process. I even took my own wax for the wood for him to apply. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of fitting at our house, he turned up early and gave 110 % attention to detail. He is a real craftsman and a real gentleman. I would highly recommend his company and his work . The very happy Morton Family

Disappointed...order never happened! I purchased a games table online through North West Snooker Services over a month ago as a 30th birthday present but my order was never even acknowledged and they have still not been in touch! I understand Covid is going on however my order was after lockdown was lifted and I don’t understand why there was no contact made at all. I have seen recent reviews on here, yet my order failed to materialise. My order status was pending for a month and throughout that time I tried to call numerous times, left voice messages and emails and have heard nothing back the whole time. I was left in the dark whether my money would be taken or whether my order would be fulfilled. Order status has now expired and still heard absolutely nothing! Poor customer service, shocking customer care and would not recommend!!
A first class service from start to finish. I had been looking for an 8ft table for months without any success. Within a few weeks of contacting Northwest Snooker Services they had found me a perfect table within my price range and delivered and setup as agreed. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who has a love for snooker!
Used Steve’s services twice now, first I got a quality 8ft table off him painted and clothed to how I wanted then I changed to a 10ft table which he did the same again for, can’t fault him at all Service is spot on, as is communication and the table is excellent again Would highly recommend to anyone, would for sure use again and again 5 stars all the way
Steve was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to buy a 7' solid wood pool/diner table but was on the other side of the country and needed an expert to move it. Steve provided the best quote I had and was incredibly accomodating. He and his son expertly dismantled the table from the seller and transported it to my house, including all the chairs that were included and other accessories and set it all up perfectly and even levelled and remarked the table and fixed one of the cue tips. Could not be happier with the service. Will absolutely use again if I ever need the table moving or any work doing on it. Highly recommended! Thanks again Steve!
