We had a wonderful evening touring the vines and winery and learning about the wine making process. We also enjoyed tasting many of the delicious wines, along with a fabulous charcuterie spread. Bridget and John are very engaging and entertaining hosts and are passionate about the wine they are making, which shines through. We would highly recommend both the tour experience and the delicious wine.

John and Bridge are the perfect hosts and their wine is truly delicious. My favourite is the Redwing - it went on to win an award - but the sparking wines are also very, very tasty and delicious. Best of all the new winery and vineyard are less than 2 miles away so we have now leased a few vines to ensure we have a constant supply as we run out on a regular basis and that is just not acceptable. Always got to have a bottle of Skylark in the fridge when it tastes that good! If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out and you should give it a go. Highly recommended and worthy of the 5 stars! (6 for the redwing! )

Pure Brides

The Skylark from Chet Valley is the most delicious sparkling wine and is now a firm favourite replacing Veuve Clicquot as my all time fave fizz!! It’s not too dry, and is perfect for welcome drinks or with food. Definitely a winner and thoroughly recommended.
