I took delivery of a Calor refill this morning and the service I received form the store and especially the driver was outstanding. Great service on the telephone and the delivery driver was so friendly and most of all so helpful I would recommend and use again. 5 star service thank you.

Still not open for walk in priced cylinder exchanges while all other essential services have been open throughout. Instead wait for a grossly overpriced delivery that based on friends experiences is unlikely to be delivered on time. All other gas outlets, including calor's own sub sellers are open to the public for walk in exchanges. Why? Blatant profiteering. Not passing the recent crash in fuel prices to the customer. Typical of calor's can't be bothered, customer is nothing more than a nuisance attitude that you receive when exchanging cylinders at any other time. Now heading to flogas for the third time since March. Shan't bother ringing calor again.

Been with them about ten years, always grumpy and unhelpful, will leave you standing there 5 minutes while they discuss the price of fish amongst themselves. After telling me I could get a bottle refund they refused to when I arrived. Goodbye and good riddance, have moves to Flogas and not looked back.
