Terrible, basically a THEFT. Got only a small fraction of what I had ordered. Out of 10 pieces of chicken, chips, 2 dips, and 2 corn cobs I got 8 pieces of chicken that cost me 15.80 and arrived in a ripped bag which I noticed later. The delivery man basically ran away when I realized something was wrong; literally 10 seconds after he left I called after him but he was already gone. Called the staff, was told they would fix things the next day and also deliver extra food as an apology. The next day I had to call them 4 times, waited 2 hours to get garlic bread and nothing else. Was then told that that was what we had agreed on and to \get real brother\. Never got scammed like that before. The delivery man probably ate my food while the staff gave me a middle finger. Mind the place isn't even cheap so you'd better ordering from anywhere else.

i love piccolos they provide good fries when i’m drunk and are lovely people. they are down the road from us and we could not have better neighbours. i would take a bullet for them
Was a regular, now no longer. Disgusting service. i was on a night out and they refused to even give me a empty pot for sauce that was available FREE on their counter. Treat your customers with respect and they will treat your service with respect. it's a zero from me !
