Had a great experience buying rocks, wood and plants for an aquascape. All done over email and phone, but resident expert Joe dug out exactly what I wanted and spent time putting it together in a display so I could see what I was buying. Delighted with my purchase. We drove all the way from London to see the shop. Our experience was fantastic, the store is beautiful, almost like an art gallery. We found Ray to be very helpful and knowledgable helping us understand which products would be best suited to us. We are very pleased with our purchase. Products were delivered promptly and Ray delivered great customer service keeping us up to speed with the latest on the shipping. Thoroughly recommend this shop!
Joe and Gill went beyond the typical customer service experience to help me with an issue I caused with one of the products I bought from them. Couldnt recommend them high enough, and now my wonderful moss art can go back up on the wall where it belongs. Many thanks to them both :)
