Probably the best thai you can buy without getting on an airplane. Probably the most annoying takeaway to try and call in the whole of the UK. Almost every time I call it takes over 100 attempts. Doesn't even begin to go through... It's like they have a button that just diverts all calls until they aren't busy. Extremely frustrating and it's the reason I often don't buy from them. Such a shame as they are the best takeaway in Norwich. I would easily give them a 5* if I could regularly buy takeaways from them. Unfortunately this isn't the case. (Edit: I have had a response saying that their phones were down, however this is the third time I've called and this has been an issue. I did check the facebook and website pages but there was nothing about this... I called for almost an hour attempting to get through but only found out that there was an issue later. Better communication would be good)

The food is great albeit a little pricey and the delivery time is a bit hit and miss so book in plenty of time. We've always used Take Thai as the food is excellent but on the last order, the sticky rice was inedible due to being VERY hard and stuck together as per photo. I love my sticky rice but not that time! I left feedback on their website a few weeks back but with no reply but have noticed they respond to these reviews. :-) Great food but make sure the rice is not too hard to eat in future! Thanks!

We’ve been going here for years, since just after Andy opened it. Really is excellent food and staff always polite. Good value for money, just appreciate as they so popular you sometimes have to wait longer for your food.

I had the deep fried sea bass with mango salad tonight, it was one of the nicest takeaways I’ve ever had, the flavours were amazing and perfectly balanced. Every time I order something new it becomes my new favourite!!

I'd probably say that is the best Thai takeaway in Norwich. Freshly prepared and very tasty. Decent portions, a little bit pricey but well worth it. Mixed platter is absolutely fantastic, same Panang and sticky rice 5/5
