Called early morning to speak to the parts department, After 15 minutes on hold I got no answer. I was assured someone would call me back to help with my enquiry. Almost 6 hours later no call so I tried again a further 20 minutes on hold still no one answered. Stratstone Jaguar have proven to be even less reliable than their cars. Poor effort.

We had the best experience here after many disappointing experiences elsewhere, and that was all down to the salesman Tom Hall. He really was the most friendly,helpful,but professional person. Due to him it will be our first port of call when we need to change any of our other vehicles . Thank you Tom

Called to collect a car to deliver to a customer. The salesman was a bully who did not like that I pointed out damage on the vehicle. He was intimidating and quite threatening. I would not recommend using here if this is the people that jaguar land rover believes are representing their products and companies. Please look elsewhere.

Great experience from start to finish with salesman Tom Bennett. Whilst other dealerships played hard ball, Tom got me the deal I wanted over the phone in a matter of minutes. Treated very well by Tom and Josh (sales manager) when I came to collect the car this week. I highly recommend Stratstone Jaguar Nottingham. I will be going back there when I'm in the market for a new car!

Fantastic purchase experience for my first ever Jaguar from start to finish. Dominic & David looked after the initial enquiry, putting the numbers together and securing me the car from another site. Then Simon (Sales Executive) took over from there doing a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was exactly as promised. I loved the collection experience where the car was covered, revealed, presented, phone paired up/explained and keys presented to me in a lovely Jaguar presentation box, which was a really nice touch. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional. I was booked in today there to have my accessory wheels fitted and that too was totally seamless. Tony in the Service team looked after me this time and could not have been more helpful hence me writing this review to say thank you to both the sales and aftersales team at Stratstone Jaguar Nottingham. Highly recommended!
