Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. A gem of a place where you can get personal advice from people who know and love their craft, instruments and music. Shops like this are like gold dust and deserve all the support they can get. Picked up my flute that needed a clean and overhaul. It looks like new! Great work done on it. Dave and Peter were so helpful and friendly and made sure I was able to get my flute before they have to close the shop for the lockdown. Such friendly, personable and professional service and expertise - I look forward to explore the shop again soon.

As soon as I walked into the shop there was an extremely warm and happy atmosphere! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I was very pleased to pick up my TW01 Yanigasawa sax and even threw some very nice assesserries to go with it. I want to thank Pete and Nick for their assistance and the friendly lady who's worked there for many years too! Also a BIG thanks for my brilliant sax tutor who made all the arrangements for the collection! This truly is a great shop for all your woodwind instruments and assesserries! Thanks again!
