Up until recently, I would have given 3 stars for the China Chopsticks experience as the food has been consistently okay but not stellar. However, I am giving 1 star here as recently we waited for over an hour for delivery, and that is unacceptable. I get that they were busy but it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure that they have enough staff on hand so that they can cope. Customers have a right to expect good food and prompt delivery. Never again. Will move on to other vendors for our Chinese food.

The pepper steak is really flavourless as for the salt and pepper shrimps are the worst I ever had. The shrimps looks great but really weird,it taste like pepper from India or somewhere else but definitely not what I’m use to when I order salt and pepper shrimps . Its a really acquired taste .The general Tao is okay . The eggs noodle are okay too.
Terrible experience. Definitely won't be going again. Ordered for pickup and waited outside for half an hour because of physical distancing rules. After that, tried to ask the staff about my order status and got minimal response. Tried to ask when my order would be ready and got no response. Tried to be understanding as they were busy but this is completely unorganized and unacceptable. Didn't even get a chance to try the food and rate it because after waiting over an hour with nothing, I left the restaurant empty handed.
I tried this place before with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I like the excellent vibes and delightful dishes and drinks. They never disappoint.
What a deteriorating restaurant from my last review of 5 stars. (Below) One star is too much for the loss of quality and service. Just poor everything. Will never go again. No wonder it’s so empty Straight forward simple good quality Chinese restaurant. Very large menu that’s good quality and fast service.
