We bought a MINI from Wolfgang Schmitt and we are not happy at all. We didn't see the car, we often buy cars from dealers, and normally they are as expected. Of course we called and he said the car was ok. When the car arrived we saw the MINI had a lot of scratches and damages. When we called with Wolfgang Schmitt he said that these are normal user tracks, but the car is only one year old. I want to warn people to not buy cars from this company. They aren’t fair and don’t want to solve the problem.

BMW Autohäuser sind immer etwas speziell. Aber hier glänzen die Angestellten ganz besonders mit unfreundlichen und arroganten Verhalten. Kundenfreundlichkeit und vor allem Kundenbindung scheint hier keinen zu interessieren. Anscheinend bekommen die Verkäufer hier eine ganz besondere BWL-Ausbildung (Besonders-Wenig-Lust-Ausbildung) im Hinterhof einer Autoschieberbande. Leider nicht zu empfehlen! Geht lieber Nach Frankfurt zum BMW Händler.

Service und Qualität sind auf gewohnt hohem Niveau. Werkstattmeister nimmt sich Zeit um alles zu Erläutern was für den Reparaturaufwand nötig gewesen ist.
