Great customer service, great service and very friendly and helpful people.
Been there two times and had too different experienceses: first was ok, but they needed 10 days to replace a nut but second time was a really bad experience: Very expensive, extreemely slow and the job done without care about my scooter. They lost some screws and replaced them with some ordinary ones and the safety pin from my brake ended up being replaced with a ordinary twisted wire. I am so disappointed, I will never come back. On the other hand, in 15 years, I havent found any service that does the job right in Bucharest!
Great bikes, great staff, no stupid rules!
Trusted team and shop. In and out in half an hour for oil and filter .They even allowed me to watch the process and a cold drink at the end ! Unmatchable service ! Keep it up .
