We came to Oldbury Halfords as most of the stores in Birmingham don't have the intelligence like the Oldbury store. We were greated by Lucas who carried out work on our bikes. We were delighted and very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend this store as everything went swiftly without any problems. car park is littered with rubbish. Please clean as rubbish attracts rats and other vermin. You can get into trouble with pest control.
Once again a trouble Free smooth purchase at Halfords. Online order, where email confirmation soon followed. Collected my item the next morning as promised. Friendly staff great service, very thorough with vehicle checks didn't have to wait long. Only changed what was required. Had a good feeling from the engineer who did my bulb replacement he knew what he was doing.. 5 stars!
