Avail of some of the best Yoga and Pilates classes online with the instructors of Orba Health and Well Being. There is still plenty of choice and you can get personal instruction if you leave your camera on. I have been able to join classes at different times and on days that suit me; these are keeping me motivated during lockdown! Exercise is the best medicine, especially in small groups and with a great instructor!!

Orba is a fabulous place I have really enjoyed going to for some time now. Caroline and Bridin always offer a warm welcome. The yoga classes are fantastic and I find them both relaxing and challenging. The massage is second to none. The setting is also very relaxing especially when viewed from the hot tub! There are a range of workshops and events offered through the year so lots of choice and all geared up towards improving overall well-being.
Have had therapeutic hot tub and massage. Plus Dermaplaining and facial peel. All of them delivered with exceptional hygiene conditions and stunning surroundings. An absolutely wonderful centre for yoga. I have attended for pre natal yoga and following my post natal check continued onto beginners yoga and yoga burn. I've always been made to feel so welcome within the centre and especially by Bridin. Throughout lockdown it has been brilliant to attend online classes during these recent months. In august 2019 I attended orba for prenatal massage, caroline made me feel completely at ease and I felt so fabulous after it. I couldn't recommend orba enough.
I have had the pleasure of attending Orba Health & Wellbeing since shortly after it first opened, and from day one it has been a place of sanctuary, community, fun & friendship! From the serene tranquil location, to the beautiful purpose built studio, the super spa, and the fantastic range of classes, workshops and treatments on offer, everything about the place truly promotes total health & wellbeing! A real gem on our doorstep, highly recommended!
