The shutters are very well made. They are really solid and sturdy. The slats open and close smoothly. So much easier to fit than shutters with standard fittings and the shadow gap really does look amazing. Worth watching the video a few times before starting the fit so you are familiar with all the parts.

The whole process from start to finish is very clearly explained in Gary's video tutorials. The measuring made me nervous as I was installing the blinds myself, but with reassurance from Gary, I was confident to order. First time of installing shutters, I paused the video a few times and rewound, just to make sure I was doing everything as directed. It took about an hour but the results are amazing and I am very happy. Strongly recommend OpenNShut. Thanks, Martin.
OpennShut were extremely helpful and supportive in choosing, measuring and ordering my shutters. There was some delay in receiving my order, which was out of the control of OpennShut, but through their excellent communication, I was kept up to date regularly on delivery times. The shutters arrived, and were relatively easy to fit myself, following the very useful guides available on the OpennShut website. I can wholeheartedly recommend OpennShut as a company, and am very pleased with their service and product.

Again Gary, and all at Opennshut have done all they can to ensure that the process of installing shutter blinds is hassle free and professionally done. Gary called me to ensure measurements were correct and materials as I wanted (he had previous orders from us to hand) and helped at all stages. There was an email to check delivery and communication throughout. The product itself was of the highest quality (we have had shutters that have survived floods and children in the past and still going strong) as we have to come to expect from this very professional outfit.
