The school and, the instructors are very knowledgeable in their fields, for sure. But, the student aid facility for financial aid are horrible. They can't even take care of the veterans that go through their!

I graduated from M.M.I.in 2002..I think..lol! It's been awhile and let's be honest. None of us are getting any younger!. I chose a career starting with motorcycle mechanics Institute. I learned everything I needed to start on a path that has been so rewarding. I never really understood what learning a trade was doing for myself. But here we are today and I am so grateful. I use everything I learned and more. I been able to have a wonderful career as a motorcycle technician since 2000. Now I have my dream man cave with the woman I love. What a life! And my motorcycle family is huge! This school is very strict for a reason. Motorsports repair is very important and not for everyone. It take dedication and being meticulous. Attention to detail and discipline with tools and how to go about diagnosing problems correctly. You cannot miss any class because so much is covered. It's very comprehensive and not for everyone. Dont feel bad. I'm thankful for my career as a technician. UTI has taught me how to become successful. Thank you so much for the knowledge. I've been able to turn that into profit! On a side note: you cannot not miss class! This isn't like college. This it very technical and extensive. You can't miss the lessons being taught, the test, the physical aspect won't allow it. You cannot miss what is being taught. Not even a day! It takes massive dedication. Most will never understand this. This is why many won't succeed and blame it all on everyone else but themselves. Rule #1 of life.. Own up to your responsibilities! It's so easy to blame and pawn off your life excuses on everyone but yourselves! Take control of your life and do it! Dedication and perseverance will make you successful!
horrible school. I remember going back there in over ten years ago, they rush students in and then if you don't complete the school they charge for all the months you didn't attend anyway to try to rip you off fully. this school is just a for profit mill not providing good education. bunch of crooks

This school is a waste of your time and money. Mr. Knowle is a lazy instructor does not want to instruct. He only wants to talk about covid 19 and does not act interested in answering questions. He only wants to sit at computer and eat or wash his motorcycle. It's sad because there are only a couple of great instructors that care about teaching there students. The best Instructors are Mr. Sanchez, Mr. Duray and Mr. Rydel and Mr. Hart... The other instructors let students who are not in the class come in and interrupt the class and then ignore you of you are trying to get your checkpoint grade. They pay the students who are not in the class more attention talking about there nee motorcycle. SMH this school is a joke. And don't let me get started talking about compass rose student housing. Do not get housing through them they are a scam. Do not go to this school save your money. And go some where else. The front office is terrible in the motorcycle building. The lady at the front desk in the office is rude and looks at you mean like what are you doing there you should not be here when you come in to get help or handle your business. The people that work in the financial aid department are rude and don't do anything but talk on the phone or are wondering around. But when you call them they are not available and don't return you calls once they get you in the school. They are to busy suckering new students to attend the school but once they get you in they treat you like you don't exist. One of the women that work in the financial aid department walks around with tons of makeup on and acts like she is the only person at the school and ignores you of you need help with your financial aid. Warning to everyone stay far away from this school and stay far away from compass rose!!
