Gave birth at Ormskirk maternity. Most dehumanising experience of my life. No one read my birth plan. Staff were preoccupied with the computer during my labour. One midwife stepped back when I reached out for a hand during a contraction. Waited over 24 hours for my covid test to be returned in a crowded dark room with no fresh air. My husband's test was lost meaning I was not allowed visitors. I wasn't told my husband's test had been lost until the 3rd day. I was told twice it was actually bring tested at the time I asked which I now know was simply not true.

Not a nice experience at my day ward and treatment room but staff were very kind and reassuring, pictures are before treatment
Had to visit the x-ray department to have a neck lump biopsy , was very apprehensive on attending but I felt safe and in perfect hands , Dr Fowler was very reassuring and informative on the whole procedure and Suzanne the radiographer was so kind after procedure she walked with me to the entrance to make sure I was okay . Thanks a million .
I have been attending Ormskirk Hospital (M.D.U.) department twice weekly for the past 5 months due to a blood disorder, Which they are trying to control. All the staff are very professional and caring, I can't praise them highly enough. Well done all of you. And thank you.
Mr Boyle has looked after me for some time now and has gone beyond the call of duty to alleviate my problem. Today, I presented another problem. I was very nervous,the staff lead by Sister Lucas and the surgeon Mr LEVANTE had me at my ease in no time. THANK YOU!!! I could see you were under extra pressure with emergencies coming in but you remained attentive and very efficient. The procedure was carried out quickly and without pain A special thank you to Karen at reception who was exceptional in trying to get me a follow up check up. THANK YOU, Please give a thought to our wonderful NHS AND please think before you complain
