Had a delightful and beautifully presented meal. The staff was thoughtful and welcoming, the dishes were interesting and included beautiful local ingredients. I had the tasting menu, the half pairings with the addition of oysters and a fish roe dish. Highly recommend adding the roe!

Very delicious! Compared to other 1 Michelin-Stars is this restaurant definitely good enough. But getting another level would need more impressions.

Another great visit to Galt. Galt and the previous restaurant Fauna has been one of our most visited Michelin restaurants and they continue to delight us. Excellent food and service delivered in a very laidback environment where everyone can feel welcome. The juicemenu was a very nice addition to our meal.

I was not too sure what to expect but I ended up feeling like nothing was outstanding (apart from the langoustine). As the menu changes quite often, it's hard to make a comment on it as you will probably have different dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is industrial style with very dimmed lights. There are quite a lot of tables so expect some noise around. Service is alright, nothing out of the ordinary. Food wise the did portions were not big, you might want to take some extras. As mentioned above, the langoustine was really nice, well cooked slightly crispy outside while tender inside. The reindeer meat itself was nice but I found the same problem with most dishes and the matching wines: they tended to be too acidic. Probably a question of taste but for instance, the celery in the amuse bouche was reinforced in bitterness due to the acidity of the dish while usually you tend to use diary like sauce or products to make it sweeter. Same with the Jerusalem artichoke skins. All in all it was not at all bad food but not so much to my taste.

I'm a seasoned foodie, and I think this place is high value for money. Relaxed atmosphere and really good food. You'll struggle to find a dish in the tasting menu that isn't good. Not many places you can say that about!

Very good food, and a special mention to the sommelier, the pairing menu was surprising and excellent
