Despite being rather dated the station is modern, meticulously maintained, airy, spacious and well organized. A very pleasant place overall. With the O train station located right the doorstep of the station, connections to local public transport are quite seamless.
My daughter travelled for the first time by train in business class. She said it was a good experience.
