Every part of this process to get my Victorian sapphire ring mended was perfect. John warned me that repairing the ring that had lost a stone might be too expensive to be worth my while. I went ahead and the results speak for themselves. The ring was mended so quickly too, despite all the work needed. I’m recommending John to everyone!

John went above and beyond with my repair of my engagement ring and bracelet. I contacted him about returning my items which l had left with him in the shop before lockdown. He contacted me straight away and said he would have a look in the morning which he did. I paid for the items and he was going to post them for me. He later realised l only live up the road from the shop , so he phoned ,and then walked up and put them though my door for me. He even returned the postage cost. He did an amazing job with my engagement ring which is over 20 years old and my bracelet repair. He replaced a stone and clasp on my engagement ring and a clasp on my bracelet. He even cleaned them for me and all at a very reasonable cost too. Once again thank you so much for you awesome work and such amazing customer service. I highly recommend him and will use his services again.
Sent my ring to John as a last resort as no one was willing to take on this repair but luckily John did and what a wonderful job he has done the ring is restored and looks fantastic so happy . It didn’t take long and the communication was very good and I would highly recommend anyone to send a repair to John . Excellent and thank you once again .
