The chicken wings were super delicious! Hot, crispy, sweet and spicy! If you are craving chicken wings in the city, double dragon should definitely be on your list of places to visit!

This place is so good. Great natural wines, friendly and efficient service. Price is relative to similar spots in the area. The people below talking smack about the crispy rice need to donate their tastebuds to science cause there is certainly something outta whack with them. The dish is amazing!!

OMG! at the beginning I thought it would be a struggle as I'm vegetarian. Turns out that I ate a lot and every dish was SO DELICIOUS. Even the dessert. It's more expensive than average but totally worth it (35 - 40). The staff is very cool, they don't take reservations but you can easily get a table if you come early. The deco is also very cool.

Decent anglicized Asian food and good atmosphere. Went here late at night with some friends right before lockdown. It's always full, so be prepared to wait. Ordered a lot of dishes and we shared them all. It's not authentic Asian at all having a mix of several different east and south-east Asian fusion food. Dishes are generally good, I had a spicy tofu dish and it was flavorful (but not very spicy even though I asked for it). Large wine selection, but generally not worth the price. There's a lazy susan in our table so it made sharing easy. Staff was really cool, our waiter was entertaining and very helpful during our visit. Good open-kitchen ambiance. It's not that expensive as other reviews say.

While I was hesitant to try given some of the poor reviews, I had also heard great things about the food and it did not disappoint. I ordered the fried broccoli and the joue de porc and my boyfriend for the ravioli and the boeuf cru - we were both really happy with our selections, the broccoli was my favorite. They have a good selection of bio and natural wines and our server was very friendly and took the time to help us find the right wine. Food came out fast and service was solid. We went on a Thursday night and were seated right away.

I am quite conflicted about this restaurant review. I really wanted to like this place after all the hype around it. It’s extremely overpriced for food that’s not necessarily better than what you can get at any of the Chinese places around Belleville. But what I was most offended by was the way they used the decor that is traditionally associated with the small / “cheap” Chinese places (the tableware, the dragon in the bathroom), by trying to make it hipster - but the ironic use of it is only possible through the eyes of white / non Chinese owners who in doing so (unknowingly?) are making a comment on the immigrant experience. Cultural appropriation, and worse, the ironic “twisting” of traditional “cheap” decor is only possible through a lens that is not of the lived experience. There’s a fine line between homage & mockery, and this place seems to fall on the wrong side of that line. Disappointing experience!
