Galia is a must try for me, this is my second time in Paris and I stopped by because the chef is Venezuelan and I really wanted to try it. The perfect eggs and the mushroom cream were absolutely fantastic, fresh and unique taste ceviche. The bife was on point tasty and tender, the yucca so yummy and the avocado cream the best part. The service was great (first place with really good service in Paris)

We had the best and the most tender scallops and very delicious \blanquette de veu\. The starters and deserts were equally excellent and very delicate. It's a real menu gastronomique with fresh produce yet affordable. Very friendly and respectful staff.
