Folks, the food game here is REAL. Excellent fish quality, the dishes are super tasty, and the staff is super nice. Their specialty is Japanese charcoal-grilled meat and fish. Between 15-30 for a main course. Desserts are amazing. You absolutely need that yuzu cheesecake, or the matcha tiramisu. My only regrets: -not much choice for vegetarians & vegans -this place deserves either a more authentic or sophisticated decor to fit the quality of the food Can’t wait to go back, ほんとうに美味しい！

The best Japanese restaurant in Pairs! I haven't had such amazing food in the time I have lived here... Also another sign of a really great restaurant is when you have japanese people frequenting it ... You know you are in good company when they recommend the food . I sat next to two Japanese from Nagoya sharing stories of my travels in Japan and discussing food. The experience I had is beyond any real rating I can give... Love the food and since I had great conversations I totally recommend it !

Absolutely stunning! So much more than the classic fair in a European japanese restaurant. The restaurant boasts an interesting view into the kitchen. The Chef is focused, concentrated with precise gestures and that translates directly into the plate. Perfectly executed tastefull dishes that could also be served in a high end place at triple the price. Service is polite and patient explaining you how to savour best your dish.
The tastiest duck I ever had! Strongly recommend to come here and have quality non-sushi Japanese cuisine. Amazing atmosphere and great service!

Really unsure of why the restaurant has rave reviews - the lunch bento box I had was overpriced for the portion sizes. The fish was not fresh either.
It was really delicious! But the price was a bit high.
