MIS A JOUR: j'etais contacte par VW et le probleme est resolu maintenant. Merci pour votre reponse rapide UPDATE: on Tuesday after the email to mentioned address I was contacted by VW and my problem was resolved. Thank you for your proactiveness and handling of complains. Change my rating! Je regrette d'etre alle la bas. Details en anglais (desole) : - took RDV 2 weeks in advance as with most mechanics - rendez vous was planned at 8:15 am on Thursday but started at 8:45 am since there were already 3 people in front of me even though i came at 8:15 sharp! (if they give 4 RDV for same time - then need to change management, if it takes to long to process 1 customer - give less RDV per hour - simple!) - left car after filling dossier and VW promised to call at 15:00 to tell if my own understanding of problem was correct or not (I have made own diagnosis using internet forums and told straight away what the problem should be). Guess what - VW called me back at 18:00 and said they had no time to check my car and will do it tomorrow - next day on Friday i was waiting until 16:00 but noone called from VW. FInally i called them and found out that the problem which i explained was confirmed (wow!), that there are some other problems as well (typical for any mechanic shop) and .... that they can not change the damaged part now as mechnic works until 17:00 only. So have to wait until Monday or take car now and fix another RDV (2 weeks or more) - by end of Friday (2 working days after I gave the car and explained myself the problem) still did not receive the work order with prices... Very careless attitude to customer!!! Worse mechanic I ever had experienced, not mentioning that certified VW dealers usually should provide better service vs ordinary \garage\. Only good experience was a very pleasant conversation at reception. I would not recommend service to anyone and will certainly not come again ever

Une équipe très sympathique et motivée, attentive et aidant bien (que ce soit dans les conseils d'achat que dans des offres intéressantes). Ca a fait un plaisir de ce que j'aurais pris pour une corvée stressante.
Après avoir fait un diagnostic sur ma voiture, il m’a fallu insister pour qu’ils m’expliquent ce qui n’allait pas dans ma voiture et malgré cela, ils ne m’ont rien apporté de plus de ce que je savais déjà et de ce que je leur avais dit. Leur unique envie, c’était de m’avoir pour cliente pour faire ces nombreuses réparations qu’ils ont mis sur le devis à un prix extrêmement élevé. J’ai été voir d’autres garagistes qui ont su m’expliquer les problèmes sans en inventer d’autres. Ne tombez pas dans leur panneau! Je ne recommande absolument pas.
Bon accueil et bon conseil tout particulièrement de Clément Dauphin.
