I had an awesome time at NitroZone! So many different activities and the team was working together to keep the lines moving. My favorite activity was the bowling alley. In addition, the Park Manager, Nate, was very helpful and friendly during my visit. He took really good care of us and answered all of our questions. It’s great to see hard working and friendly folks, especially during these times we are in.

We had fun. The price was better than Andretti's and Main Event. The food was very delicious. They even have a bar. The indoor go kart was awesome. It's better if you come with a small group, because then you can do the Bazooka Ball. Only thing that I did not like was the dining room tables. They were all dirty. We didn't have a place to sit down and eat. We had to clean off our own table. But other than that I would go back.
Thought I reserved a lane online to get there, wait 40 min to be told reserving a lane online isn’t actually a thing and it’s still first come first serve. So after asking for a manager (who never actually came to me) the manager went to go see if there were lanes open. 10 more minutes and the manager never returned and another employee had to go find him and ask again. Then the employee helped another group vs me when I had been waiting for 50 minutes at this point. Only reason I didn’t leave is cuz I had already paid online. Absolute chaos, yet get to bowling and there was 1 lane being used.... the lanes aren’t really timed so you can just bowl your heart out. Bar had 1 employee on a Saturday night. I will never return again.
terrible service. we paid in advanced for a bowling lane and when we got there we had to wait for someone to assign it to us and when they did the lane was not working. we went back to the help desk and no one was there for about 15 minutes. we went back to the check in desk to ask for a refund and instead of helping, the staff stood there and talked about their break rather than helping us. eventually the manager came. only positive was that they gave us a cash refund instead of store credit. we will not be returning. there were a lot of people complaining. it used to be soo nice, they’ve really let themselves go.
