I drove a (nearly) 300 mile round trip just to receive the level of service that Paul gives his customers. I had messaged Paul out of the blue a few months prior to my visit as I was searching for a very specific Bass (a MIJ Fender P bass for anyone wondering) and received some of the best customer service I've ever had. Paul kept in good contact with me over the 5 or 6 month time frame, constantly updating me on any new releases from the Japanese market, ensuring that when I did finally make the purchase at his shop, I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted. I'm not saying you should drive as far as I did to visit Paul's shop, but you'd be a fool not to at least visit if you're in the area. Thanks again Paul, she plays like an absolute dream.
Best guitar shop in Wales that I know of. Paul sells Quality brands including Martin, fender,Guild,Gretch and lots more...no junk.. he leaves that for other stores to peddle.Excellent service and advice and equipment demo if required. Great accessories range too. His prices match Internet prices too so instead of taking a chance and buying online an unknown quantity you can play it first (as you should) and compare against other guitars there. His set up/ service / maintenance always top notch too. Hard to recommend highly enough.
