This was my first time using the service department and it was the best experience. Erik was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I always worry that I will get taken advantage of when my vehicle needs service and it never crossed my mind when I dealt with Erik, he even took care of my key fob needs and not because he had to but more because it needed to be done and put my mind at ease.
