I bought a used car from Marshall Jaguar just before Christmas and I have to say it was the best service I have ever received from a dealership. From deciding I was going to purchase the vehicle to collected just 3 days later. The two guys I dealt with were Michael Browning and Kevin Nixon and both could not have been more helpful. Handover was quick and efficient with no contact, screens between us, sanitised pens and all paperwork completed over the phone or via email. Excellent service, thank you

I'm currently sitting in the service reception area waiting to receive some feedback on a number of issues I'm experiencing with my Jaguar. I came in with no appointment and therefore wasn't expecting anyone to have the time to speak with me. How wrong I was!! A very friendly gentleman cane out to see me and without hesitation put my car in the ramp to diagnose the issues. I'm now just waiting for a comprehensive printout of what needs to be fixed. I am beyond impressed with this level of service, not to mention.... Extremely grateful. Thanks to all.

So I bought a used BMW which costs 35 k plus and having less than 12000 miles from them. They don't do basic checks or finish the car like a franchise dealer of luxury cars must. Here are the list of issues I brought to their attention yet to be resolved. 1. The front driver door was not finished properly and the edges had lost paint due to door opening and had been touched up in dabs and not finished. 2. As I took delivery and drove home the car low oil light came on less than 20 miles later 3. There were scratches on the passenger side panel and the paint finish had been done differently on the panel and the parts not cleaned up properly of residual paint spray. 4. Add on insurance for gap was added on without request which I have requested cancellation. 5. The only thing they are interested in is taking everything that you are worth from you without providing the service quality that is expected when you buy a luxury car. I have been to several dealerships and bought cars before but this one is by far the worst experience. 6. They added on a lifeshine coat without asking, charged me for it and then did not provide the maintenance kit. 7. The car has a immobilizer and I am waiting for the service sequence to disable when I am giving it for service or cleaning. 8. I was promised that I will get a revert over 14 days ago and multiple emails have gone unanswered. 9. As of 5th September 2020 I am still waiting for a satisfactory response and resolution. If you are buying a luxury car please find another franchise. This is by far the worst I have dealt with in my life so far. Hopefully it stays this way!
