Usually an efficient Plant would give 5 stars any other day, never had problems. Not until this morning, we had to decrease an order that had been previously made, we ended up needing 1 Tonne LESS material, and our driver ended up sitting in the tarmac plant from 7.45AM and wasn't loaded untill 12PM this afternoon 4 hour 45 minute wait!!! no reasonable explanation as to why that was, if told about the delay we would have saved time, money and gone elsewhere.
